Question 1: How much does it cost to send a carton/pallet from local A to B in Singapore?

If the delivery specification do not fall into any of theese categories below, we will be charging at $40/location/pallet. Or you can contact us if your requirement fall under these categories below.

  1. The weight of each carton is more than 15kg
  2. The quantity more than 1 pallet
  3. Any lunchtime restriction on the receiving side?
  4. Require any special equipment? (e.g. absence loading bay, shopping mall)
  5. Entering into the Free Trade Zone

If you are not sure, feel free to contact us our agent will work with you to get your requirements met and we might have some good deals awaiting for you.

Question 2: Do you provide 3PL services?

Grandeur Logistics is currently undergoing the infrastructure revamp to become a 3PL. Hence, we are providing 3PL services for some of specific clients. Nonetheless, we are able to assist our client with our inhouse POS system and our fleet of trucks to support your business initiatives.

Question 3: How much do you charge to export/import an item to/from Singapore?

We understand that these is the most important/ burning questions that everyone has when they want to have something delivered. However, we would recommend a two step process here:

1. Check the historical pricing of the shipment using our calculator – this would give an rough gauge of the shipping cost*

2. Arrange a consultation with our agent to help you and provide you will the most up-to-date rates and facilitate import/export needs.
